Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Used, damaged, or altered items may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Personalized or custom items (including engraved charms or special requests) are non-returnable.
- Gift returns require an order ID or receipt.
Exchanges
- We do not process direct exchanges.
- To exchange, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
- U.S. orders: prepaid return labels provided when applicable.
- International orders: buyer pays return shipping (no international labels provided).
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders ship within our posted processing window (cutoff 2 PM EST, no weekends or holidays).
- Domestic delivery: 2–7 business days with standard shipping.
- International delivery: usually 2–4 weeks.
- Expedited upgrades available at checkout (FedEx Express options for U.S., Canada, UK, and Europe).
- Gift Options: Mark “This order is a gift” at checkout to exclude pricing and include your gift message on the packing slip. Orders shipped to the buyer include a blank card for your own note.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Within 30 days: free repair or replacement.
- 31–60 days: replacement fee applies ($22 for items under $40, $35 for items over $40).
- After 60 days: not covered by warranty.
- Photos of the item and packaging are required for review.
Wrong or Missing Items
- If you received the wrong item or your order is missing parts, please provide photos of what you received.
- U.S. returns: prepaid return label provided.
- International returns: buyer pays return shipping if required.
- Correct item or missing part will be sent after confirmation.
Warranty & Repairs
- Warranty covers manufacturing faults (such as tarnishing or clasp breakage) for 60 days.
- Within 30 days: free repair.
- 31–60 days: replacement fee applies ($22 for items under $40, $35 for items over $40).
- After 60 days: warranty no longer applies.
- Normal wear, water or chemical damage, or misuse is not covered.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days.
- Items not returned in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.
- In some international cases where return shipping is not practical, partial refunds may be offered.
Late or Lost Packages
- All orders include tracking.
- For delays, buyers may contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Etsy’s Purchase Protection covers undelivered or “marked as delivered but not received” orders. Buyers can file a case for assistance.
- Packages returned to sender are refunded once received.

All jewelry is beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.
